Through May 31, 2013 get free standard ground shipping on any order with code: SHIP13. Free shipping is only available to addresses in the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items. See product descriptions for more information.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout if your order contains $75 or more of product, you select the standard ground option and are shipping to a single address in the contiguous United States. Charges for gift bags are not included when calculating shipping charges.

NY, NJ, CT - Next Day Shipping: If you are shipping to NY, NJ or CT and order by 1pm EST, your order will ship the same business day and will arrive the next business day. This offer is only available for items we have in-stock in our warehouse. Products shipping directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for this offer. Please see each product description for specific information. For orders up to $74.99, the shipping rate to NY, NJ, CT is $5.99 (it is free for orders over $75). You must choose the LOCAL shipping option to receive this rate.

Select and Express Shipping: All Select orders (3-day) and Express orders (2-day) placed by 1pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day. Additional rates apply for Select and Express shipping. Note that Express and Select orders over $75 will not ship for free. Items shipping directly from the manufacturer are not available for Select or Express shipping. Please see each product description for specific information.

Saturday Delivery: We do not currently offer guaranteed Saturday delivery.

International Orders: We currently only ship to Canada. Orders to Canada are sent by USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the package. Delivery typically takes 4-12 business days to Canada. For express shipping rates to Canada, please email us the shipping address at info@gifthero.com and we will quote you a rate. The customer/order recipient is responsible for all Canadian customs fees and taxes.

Order Tracking: When your order is shipped we will send you an email. For package tracking information, log into your GIFT HERO account.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses: We offer the option to ship your gifts to multiple addresses. Please follow the instructions when you place items in your shopping cart. Please note that the free standard shipping offer only applies to orders over $75 shipping to a single address.

Returns
To return an item, you must first contact Customer Service by email at info@gifthero.com. We will provide you with the address to which to ship your return. You will be issued a store credit to use on gifthero.com. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unopened and not used). Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging and send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish, though we do recommend that you have some kind of tracking information, as you are responsible for the shipping back to us and we are not responsible for packages that are lost during transit back to us. Note some returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit.

What are Cookies?

Is gifthero.com a secure site?
